The Good Friday, Time of Redemption
The Good Friday is always become a special moment for me from one whole year as a christian, instead of Christmas or Easter. Why? it is simple, too many celebration in Christmas and Easter. Both become commodities of capitalism. And The Good Friday is always left behind, its moment, its values are forgotten just like what I said in my note last year during the Good Friday (http://woknugroho.tumblr.com/post/4839524657). Through that note, I was trying to deconstruct the forgotten values of the forgotten phase in Jesus’ chronicles of life, death, resurrection, and escalation.
The Good Friday, for me personally, is a time of redemption. A moment, not just to think but also to reevaluate about you, yourself, and the God-self. It is a moment for yourself to see who you are, what you did, and what will you do with your christianity.
Unfortunately, I do not have a note, as usual, for this year time of redemption. But here, I would like to share about the tweet-series from my friend, Robin Riwanda Mandagie, about the (hidden) facts of the time of redemption. Which I found interesting and I learned a lot from that.
1. Argumentasi ttg berapa lama kematian Yesus berlangsung saya mulai dengan ayat. Matius 12:40
2. Mat 12:40 Sebab seperti Yunus tggl di dalam perut ikan 3 hari 3 mlm, demikian jg Anak Manusia akn tggl di dalam rahim bumi 3 hari 3 mlm.
3. Matius 12:40 dengan jelas dan eksplisit menyatakan bahwa Yesus mati bukan hanya selama 3 hari, tetapi juga 3 malam
4. Hal ini tidak dapat terjadi apabila Yesus mati hari Jumat jam 3 sore.. Karena Yesus hanya melalui 2 malam, Jumat malam & Sabtu malam
5. Keempat Injil tidak memberikan data yang lengkap tentang kapan Yesus mati. tapi bisa kita terka lewat Mat 27:62 & Lukas 23:50-56
6. Tetapi kedua ayat ini (Mat 27:62 & Lukas 23:50-56) sangat open ended, maka saya mulai analisis dari ayat kapan Yesus bangkit (Mat 28:1)
7. Karena ayat ini (Mat 28:1) Jelas mengatakan “Setelah hari Sabat lewat, menjelang menyingsingnya fajar pada hari PERTAMA MINGGU itu”
8. Orang yang mendalami Kristologi dan Budaya Yahudi tahu persis bahwa dalam kalender Yahudi, hari pertama dalam satu Minggu, ya hari Minggu
9. Bukan hanya Mat 28:1, Lukas 24:1 pun berkata “tetapi pagi-pagi benar pada hari pertama minggu itu mereka pergi ke kubur.. dst”
10. Matius mencatat “Menjelang menyingsingnya fajar” sedangkan lukas “pagi2 benar”. dapat kita terik konklusi, Yesus bangkit Minggu subuh
11. Satu2nya pembuktian logis untuk penggenapan nubuat Yesus ttg kematiannya di Matius 12:40, ya menarik mundur 3 hr 3 mlm dri Minggu subuh
12. Tweeps yg matematikanya jeblok kayak saya, mari kita hitung mundur satu-satu terhitung dari Minggu subuh..
13. Minggu subuh - (minus) - 1 Hari 1 Malam = Sabtu subuh
14. Sabtu subuh - (minus) - 1 Hari 1 Malam = Jumat Subuh (*Jumat jam 3 sore udah lewat)
15. Jumat subuh - (minus) - 1 Hari 1 Malam = Kamis subuh.. Penyaliban terjadi sore, maka Kamis sore (subuh & sore masi dlm 1 hari)
16. Kematian Yesus pada Kamis sore adalah satu2nya possible reasoning jika kita merujuk pada ramalan Yesus di Matius 12:40
17. Tetapi saya mendapatkan sanggahan dari saudara satu almamater saya, mantan Menag FISIP Unair, bro danielsusilo
18. Argumentasi beliau adalah Yesus mati hari Jumat, dengan membawa ayat Matius 27:62 & Lukas 23:50-56
19. Oke untuk menjawab rebuttal ini, mari kita telaah satu persatu ayat. mulai dari Matius 27:62
20. Oh iya tweeps sekedar mengingatkan dalam analisis ayat Bible, saya pake hermeneutika dasar untuk mengetahui teks dan konteks per ayat
21. Baik, saya mulai dari Mat 27:62. “Keesokan harinya (After penyaliban), yaitu sesudah hari persiapan, datanglah imam-imam kepala.. dst”
22. Jika benar Yesus mati Jumat, maka keesokannya pasti Sabtu bukan?
23. Apakah logis, pada hari Sabat imam2 kepala Yahudi beserta orang Farisi mendatangi Pilatus, & dgn bantuan pasukan mereka mematerai kubur?
24. Dalam Matius 27:66 dikatakan bahwa, Mereka (Imam2 & Farisi) pergi dengan bantuan pasukan Pilatus, mematerai kubur Yesus
25. Lantas mengapa di Mat27:62 dikatakan setelah Hari Persiapan? bukannya Hari Persiapan itu hari Jumat? Untuk mempersiapkan Sabat?
26. Jangan dilupakan tweeps, ada event besar menjelang penyaliban Yesus. Yaitu Passover atau Paskah. (peringatan keluarnya Israel dr Mesir)
27. The Last Supper sebagaimana popular dikalangan gerejawan, dilakukan Yesus & Murid2nya untuk merayakan Passover
28. Fakta bahwa adanya Passover, pada peristiwa penyaliban Yesus, membuat perhitungan kapan paskah, & kapan sabat menjadi rumit
29. Ada juga spekulasi, bahwa Paskah terjadi hari Jumat yang berdekatan dengan Sabat. Menurut Frank Daniels pakar Pesach Yudaisme
30. Menurut Frank Daniels pakar Pesach Yudaisme, Jika Pesach berdekatan dgn Sabat, ada kemungkinan “tidak bekerja” dimulai sejak Jumat sore
31. Jadi aktivitas Sabath bisa maju 1 hari ini tentu membingungkan, karena keempat iinjil tidak mencatat secara jelas kapan paskah tahun itu
32. Kemungkinan penjelasan lain bisa di reasoning jika merujuk pada Yohanes 19:31, yaitu pada High Day, atau Sabath tahunan
33. Dimana menurut Imamat 23:5-7, Hari sabath itu dirayakan satu tahun sekali, dan bisa jatuh pada hari apapun(hari roti tak beragi)
34. Jadi kemungkinan dalam satu minggu penyaliban Yesus, ada dua Hari sabath. Hari sabath biasa, atau hari sabath High Day

Interesting Press Release from The Pirate Bay Regarding SOPA and PIPA
INTERNETS, 18th of January 2012. PRESS RELEASE, FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE.
Over a century ago Thomas Edison got the patent for a device which would “do for the eye what the phonograph does for the ear”. He called it the Kinetoscope. He was not only amongst the first to record video, he was also the first person to own the copyright to a motion picture. Because of Edisons patents for the motion pictures it was close to financially impossible to create motion pictures in the North american east coast. The movie studios therefor relocated to California, and founded what we today call Hollywood. The reason was mostly because there was no patent. There was also no copyright to speak of, so the studios could copy old stories and make movies out of them - like Fantasia, one of Disneys biggest hits ever. So, the whole basis of this industry, that today is screaming about losing control over immaterial rights, is that they circumvented immaterial rights. They copied (or put in their terminology: “stole”) other peoples creative works, without paying for it. They did it in order to make a huge profit. Today, they’re all successful and most of the studios are on the Fortune 500 list of the richest companies in the world. Congratulations - it’s all based on being able to re-use other peoples creative works. And today they hold the rights to what other people create. If you want to get something released, you have to abide to their rules. The ones they created after circumventing other peoples rules.
The reason they are always complainting about “pirates” today is simple. We’ve done what they did. We circumvented the rules they created and created our own. We crushed their monopoly by giving people something more efficient. We allow people to have direct communication between eachother, circumventing the profitable middle man, that in some cases take over 107% of the profits (yes, you pay to work for them). It’s all based on the fact that we’re competition. We’ve proven that their existance in their current form is no longer needed. We’re just better than they are.
And the funny part is that our rules are very similar to the founding ideas of the USA. We fight for freedom of speech. We see all people as equal. We believe that the public, not the elite, should rule the nation. We believe that laws should be created to serve the public, not the rich corporations.
The Pirate Bay is truly an international community. The team is spread all over the globe - but we’ve stayed out of the USA. We have Swedish roots and a swedish friend said this: The word SOPA means “trash” in Swedish. The word PIPA means “a pipe” in Swedish. This is of course not a coincidence. They want to make the internet inte a one way pipe, with them at the top, shoving trash through the pipe down to the rest of us obedient consumers. The public opinion on this matter is clear. Ask anyone on the street and you’ll learn that noone wants to be fed with trash. Why the US government want the american people to be fed with trash is beyond our imagination but we hope that you will stop them, before we all drown.
SOPA can’t do anything to stop TPB. Worst case we’ll change top level domain from our current .org to one of the hundreds of other names that we already also use. In countries where TPB is blocked, China and Saudi Arabia springs to mind, they block hundreds of our domain names. And did it work? Not really. To fix the “problem of piracy” one should go to the source of the problem. The entertainment industry say they’re creating “culture” but what they really do is stuff like selling overpriced plushy dolls and making 11 year old girls become anorexic. Either from working in the factories that creates the dolls for basically no salary or by watching movies and tv shows that make them think that they’re fat.
In the great Sid Meiers computer game Civilization you can build Wonders of the world. One of the most powerful ones is Hollywood. With that you control all culture and media in the world. Rupert Murdoch was happy with MySpace and had no problems with their own piracy until it failed. Now he’s complainting that Google is the biggest source of piracy in the world - because he’s jealous. He wants to retain his mind control over people and clearly you’d get a more honest view of things on Wikipedia and Google than on Fox News.
Some facts (years, dates) are probably wrong in this press release. The reason is that we can’t access this information when Wikipedia is blacked out. Because of pressure from our failing competitors. We’re sorry for that.
